Sofie Filt Læntver is a prominent figure in both the Danish and global games industry and serves as VP at Nordisk Games, where she leads innovation and business development. She has played a key role in building Nordisk Games' portfolio, which includes studios such as Avalanche Studios, Supermassive Games, and Star Stable. Sofie is actively involved in several boards, including Flashbulb Games, MercurySteam, Games Denmark, and Nimbi GameLab, Europe's first institute dedicated to supporting game development. Her work champions games as both a cultural and economic driving force. She previously served as Managing Director of Interactive Denmark, where she founded initiatives such as Copenhagen MatchUp and Game Developer Talks. With a Master's degree in Visual Culture and Innovation from the University of Copenhagen, Sofie combines academic insight with hands-on leadership in the games industry.

Mathias Gredal Nørvig is the Chief Executive Officer of SYBO, the mobile games studio behind the hit game Subway Surfers. Originally joining the company as Managing Director in 2014, Nørvig was named CEO in 2017. He combines his management and consultant skills with philanthropic ambitions – with a passion for climate, water, energy, and nutrition.

Bergur Løkke Rasmussen is a Danish politician from the governing party Moderates, with experience at both regional and European levels. At the age of 17, he joined the youth wing of the Liberal Party (Venstre) and was elected to the Regional Council of the Capital Region of Denmark in 2013. He was re-elected in 2021 and became a member of the European Parliament in 2022. Alongside his political career, he has studied International Business at Copenhagen Business School and serves as a reserve officer in the Danish Army. Bergur is also a passionate gamer, advocating for the regulation of gaming and e-sports, including protecting young people from loot boxes and promoting an inclusive gaming culture. At the same time, he aims to support the gaming industry by ensuring better frameworks and encouraging investments in innovative gaming projects that can strengthen the industry both economically and culturally.
